Returns

If something is not right, write to us within 60 days of the day it arrived. We will send a prepaid label and refund the full price as soon as the box is back with us.

What can come back

Unopened bottles, in their original packaging. Opened essential oils unfortunately cannot be returned — the bottle has met the air, and we will not pour it for someone else.

Damaged in transit

If a bottle arrives broken, photograph the box and write to us within seven days. We will replace it on us.
